Returns and Delivery Information
We aim to process your order within a day of receipt... - making delivery 3-5 working days within the UK for in-stock items. If any items are out of stock they will be placed on back order and will be dispatched to you as soon as stock becomes available. Unless a specific date is shown, this should be within two weeks on most items and a member of our customer services team will keep you informed of your expected delivery date at all times.
Your credit or debit card will be charged for all items at the point of order.
Please note: Most personalised items may take slightly longer, expected delivery times are indicated in the product descriptions for these items. Please allow up to 28 days, or phone to check availability, to avoid disappointment.

Next working day delivery
Express or next working day delivery is offered to UK mainland addresses only.
Orders must be placed before 12 pm, Monday to Friday. This service is available only for UK mainland addresses and will exclude some personalised and heavy items, and items shipped directly from suppliers.
What if I'm not in when delivery is attempted?
If requested, we can arrange for your delivery to be left in a particular place however please be aware that NCT can not be held responsible for any missing parcels if they are not signed for by the recipient.
If you are not home when delivery is attempted, Royal Mail or our courier company will leave a calling card and you will be able to arrange for another delivery for when you are at home or you can collect the package from your local depot.
If the item you order is a gift, please state this in the comments box at the checkout to ensure that the name you enter at the checkout is the name that appears on your parcel.
NCT Shop Returns Policy
We will be happy to exchange or refund you for any item that is returned to us unopened and in its original condition within 28 days of you placing your order. The only exception to this is in the event that you have received a damaged or faulty item from us.
NCT Shop cannot accept responsibility for returned items until they have been received by our returns team. For you protection, we advise all customers wishing to return items to obtain a proof of postage at the point of dispatch and to use a carrier that will insure your items in the unlikely event of them becoming damaged or lost in transit.
How do I return an item?
Should you wish to cancel or return your order, whatever the reason, you can do so by filling out the returns form included with your order and returning this to us with your item. Please provide details on the item you are returning and the reason for the return. Please also state whether you would prefer an exchange or a refund and ensure that you include your invoice or order number with this information.
We will refund you if goods are returned in their original condition and in original packaging, within 28 days of purchase. Personalised goods, CD's, DVD's and books can only be returned if faulty or if they remain in their original packaging and are not damaged or worn in any way. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please ensure you have paid the correct delivery costs for your returned package. We regret that we cannot refund postage costs for returning items unless the item you received was faulty or the wrong item was sent out in error.

Can I exchange an item?
As part of our service we are pleased to exchange garments as often as it takes for you to feel satisfied with the fit - but this is conditional upon goods being returned unworn (other than for fit testing) & unmarked, within 28 days of purchase.
Please complete the exchange, returns & cancellation form included in your order and send it to us at NCT Shop, 17 Colquhoun Avenue, Hillington, Glasgow. G52 4BN. Please retain a proof of posting certificate from the Post Office, as we cannot be responsible for lost parcels. We regret that postage, packing and insurance cannot be refunded for exchanged items.
Will you refund my postage costs for returning an item?
Unfortunately we cannot refund your postage costs for returning an item unless that item was sent to you in error or you receieved damaged or faulty goods.
I have returned an item, how long will my refund take?
We aim to process returns and refunds within 2 working days of receiving them in our returns department. Please note, depending on your bank, refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your bank account.
If you would like to enquire about the status of your return or refund or you feel that you have been incorrectly refunded, please contact us as soon as possible with the details and we will do our best to resolve the issue for you as soon as possible.
