NCT Bednest Crib Rental

NCT is now acting as an agent to enable you to rent the NCT Bednest Bedside Crib for 6 months at a cost of £99.

This £99 charge is made up of:

• £50 to cover a 6 month rental period of a complete NCT Bednest crib, stand, travel bag and attachment straps. This cost also covers an additional 1 months grace to allow for return at your convenience which may not be extended

• £49 for a new mattress and new fabric side panels (normal RRP over £90)

Valley Cushion Hire

It is estimated that 8-10% of mothers experience perineal or perianal pain after giving birth. The Valley Cushion is a unique design that helps relieve the pain. It is a safe and easy product to use that can be hired out 5 days initially, and then additional days can be added for as long as you need it. Provided with Cooltech disposable covers for maximum hygiene and practicality.

Prices start from £15 for 5 days, then £2 each day thereafter.

Breast Pump Hire

NCT offers hospital grade pumps from the Ameda and Medela range. Our NCT volunteer agents are trained to provide information on how to use the products. So, if you need a pump, whether you are returning to work or for any other reason, and would like to continue providing your baby with the benefits of breast milk, why not consider hiring a pump from the NCT. Measuring your own bra size:
Keep your bra on for these measurements.
1. Measure under the bust, record the measurement (A)
2. Measure around the bust, record the measurement (B)
3. Calculate (B) – (A) measurement.

For example, if your (A) rib measurement is 34 inches and your (B) measurement is 37 inches, the difference is 37-34 = 3 inches and therefore your bra size is 34C (34 is the rib measurement).

In general, the difference in inches or cms between the bust measurement and the ribcage can be translated as:
1” / 2.5cm = A cup
2” / 5cm = B cup
3” / 7.6cm = C cup
4” / 10.2cm = D cup
5” / 12.7cm = DD cup
6” / 15.2cm = E cup
7” / 17.8cm = F cup
8” / 20.3cm = G cup
9” / 22.8cm = H cup
10” / 25.4cm = HH cup
11” / 27.9cm = J cup
12” / 30.5cm = K cup.
