As well as information on weight gain before and weight loss after the birth, Food Facts touches on medical complications. It gives guidance on kitchen hygiene and covers food scares too, also explaining why some women experience food cravings or aversions.
After the birth you can read about nutritional needs in the postnatal period and what to eat and what to avoid while breastfeeding.
