Prices & descriptions

All prices are in £ Sterling and include VAT, where applicable, charged at the prevailing rate.

Every care has been taken to ensure the descriptions and prices are correct. However, slight variations in the actual goods may occur. We reserve the right to increase prices without further notice.

Promotions & Discounts

All promotional offers and discounts are valid while stock last through to the expiry date specified. Offers are valid for purchases online, by phone or mail unless stated otherwise. Promotional offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers such as already discounted items, and exclude the purchase of Gift Certificates. We reserve the right to exclude certain items from all discounts.

Please note that if an item is bought from the website using a promotional code, or during a sale period, the postage cost will be calculated on the original full price of the goods ordered, not on the price after the discount has been applied.

Your credit/debit card and other details are not stored on the site once your order has been processed. Shopping by credit/debit card on our site is safe. Your details are for our use only we NEVER disclose your details to third parties for their own use.

The site needs to use cookies for the shopping basket. The cookie does not collect personal information.

The NCT will never pass your personal information to third parties, and will only use your information to contact you about products and services from NCT Shop or the NCT charity.
