We aim to process your order within one working day of receipt, with a delivery time of 3-5 working days for in-stock items. If any items are out of stock they will be placed on back order and will be dispatched to you as soon as stock becomes available. Unless a specific date is shown, this should be within two weeks on most items and a member of our customer services team will keep you informed of your expected delivery date at all times.
Your credit or debit card will be charged for all items at the point of order. All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail or via one of our selected couriers.

Next Working Day Delivery
Express or next working day delivery is offered to UK mainland addresses only. Orders for in-stock items will be despatched for delivery on the next working day (excluding weekends and bank holidays) for £7.99. Please choose the Express Delivery option at the checkout.
Orders must be placed before 12 pm, Monday to Friday. This service is available only for UK mainland addresses and will exclude some personalised and heavy items, and items shipped directly from suppliers. *Please note: Express Deliveries are despatched by a courier company and all parcels must be signed for.
What if I'm not in when delivery is attempted?
If requested, we can arrange for your delivery to be left in a particular place however please be aware that NCT cannot be held responsible for any missing parcels if they are not signed for by the recipient.
If you are not home when delivery is attempted, Royal Mail or our courier company will leave a calling card and you will be able to arrange for another delivery for when you are at home or you can collect the package from your local depot.
If the item you order is a gift, please state this in the special instructions box at the checkout to ensure that the name you enter at the checkout is the name that appears on your parcel.
We are happy to offer a refund for any item that is returned unopened and in original condition within 14 days of placing your order. Please note that for hygiene reasons and because of the nature of clothing products, we are not able to accept returns of items that have been worn, marked or washed.
NCT Shop cannot accept responsibility for returned items until they have been received by our returns team. We advise all customers wishing to return items to obtain a proof of postage at the point of dispatch and to use a carrier that will insure the items in the unlikely event of them becoming damaged or lost in transit.
How do I return an item?
Should you wish to cancel or return your order, you can do so by filling out the returns form included with the order and returning this to us with the unwanted item. Please provide details on the item you are returning and the reason for return. Please ensure that the invoice or order number is included with this information.
We will refund you if goods are returned in their original condition and in original packaging, within 14 days of purchase. Personalised goods, CDs, DVDs and books can only be returned if faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please ensure you have paid the correct delivery costs for your returned package. We regret that we cannot refund postage costs for returned items unless the item was faulty or the wrong item was sent out in error.

Will you refund my postage costs for returning an item?
Unfortunately we cannot refund your postage costs for returning an item unless that item was sent to you in error or you received damaged or faulty goods.
If you have requested an exchange, we will not charge you any additional postage costs for sending out a replacement item.
I have returned an item, how long will my refund take?
We aim to process returns and refunds within two working days of receipt. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show in your bank account.
