"The Vaginal Birth After Caesarean (VBAC) Preparation is a 2 CD set to help mums prepare for a vaginal birth after they have had a caesarean birth.
VBAC I - Letting Go, is a clearing, releasing and relaxing CD to help you overcome any negative emotions and issues relating to your past caesarean experience.
VBAC II - Birth Preparation, focuses on preparing for the forthcoming birth and takes you on a guided visualisation through giving birth vaginally. It focuses on increasing your confidence, courage, sense of control, ability to communicate effectively and to make decisions in a clear, calm way.
The CD also provides the same relaxation and pain management techniques used in the birth preparation CDs, helping you to manage the sensations of birth.

| If you are going for a VBAC I would really recommend this product. I used it it alot and really helped me in my recent succesful VBAC |
