NCT Information Sheet (2006)
This new Information Sheet explains what a low-lying placenta is and why it may be a problem if it persists till the end of pregnancy (when it is known as placenta praevia). It explains why the position of the placenta can change, what scans you may be offered if the placenta is still low lying in the middle of pregnancy, and which women are considered most at risk of placenta praevia.
Pad of 50 sheets.
