Komfi's Pressure Care Mattress is the latest innovative design giving premium comfort and performance. Designed in association with NCT, this is a 10cm hypo-allergenic mattress and part of the 21st century sleep system.
Ventilated pure latex layer
One unique feature of the Pressure Care mattress is its ventilated pure latex layer which provides independent support and conforms to the body shape. Coming from the sap of rubber trees, latex has a distinctive resilience and durability and is anti-microbial, benefitting people with allergies.
The latex layer lies under an inner cotton cover that protects the mattress core and above this is a quilted luxury Velour removable cover which is naturally hypo-allergenic and designed to regulate body temperature.
Velour Cotton Rich Cover
The velour cotton rich mattress cover is made from the highest quality cotton. Soft, smooth Cotton is a naturally cooling product which can ventilate and disperse any perspiration and humidity during the night.
This cover is machine washable and can be removed for easy cleaning.
Vertikal support system
The Pressure Care mattress also features 250 Vertikal patented soft foam cylinders. These provide support and improve airflow. A first for the memory foam mattress industry, the Vertikal sleep system, developed by Komfi, consists of high density soft foam tubes forming the support layer of the mattress and sitting on a ventilated foam base.
Each Vertikal tube independently supports the body, provides optimum pressure and reduces body movement by up to 70%.
As well as being a healthy place for your child to sleep the Pressure Care mattress conforms to all UK safety regulations and meets fire regulations and phosphorus free guidelines, providing an 'all round' safer sleeping environment.
