| I used this CD for both my pregnanacys for home birth preperation. It was absolutly brilliant in helping me relax and feel calm and confident that I could give birth in a natural way. It helped with my breathing which in turn helped with pain relief. It focused my mind and promoted a really positive, quick birth experience that I will always remember as being a very special amazing time of the birth of my 2 little girls. I would defiantly recommend using this CD for both home birth or hospital birth. |
