| This book has lots of practical information presented in a simple way. The books tone is gently persuasive and would be good for mothers or breastfeeding helpers. Its easy enough to read from cover to cover or to to dip in and out of. It has a good section with a list of signs and symptoms that refer you to pages with the problems solution. I thought this would be especially useful for our breastfeeding group, where peer supporters can co-explore this information with the mother together. |
